found a specific Jeep online some 1200 miles away, but it sounded good. Upon my first call I was given to Kyle Ray. He handled the deal and negotiations with complete professionalism. Every promise made was cheerfully and accurately honored. What a great experience. We just bought our first BMW ever and Steve Emerson did a great job in helping us pick it out. He made the buying process easy from start to finish and was very knowledgeable of all the cars they have.
Jeremy was wonderful, pleasant and professional from the beginning to the end. I never felt pressured! Jeremy was also very attentive and followed up to ensure any concerns I was having were taken care of ASAP! The dealership was purchase by Suntrup about a month ago. Our sales person, Admir Hodzic, has worked for Suntrup 4+ years and has just started working at the BMW dealership in addition to remaining at Suntrup's Kia dealership in South County. Our sales experience with Admir was excellent. He was very helpful and was not pushy at all. He and the dealership were very accommodating our busy schedule. We are very happy with our purchasing experience! Would recommend the dealership to our friends and family.
