"Service" I bought a “5” series in 2014 and later had the pleasure of meeting Dave Gilbert. My service representative. Despite my many flaws, Dave has endured and make sure all was done and well, suggesting ideas and valueing his customers. Please give Dave a massive raise, although his head might have to go through a larger door to start, but you do not want to lose him!
"60,000 mile service" Fast and professional. Nick and Paul did an excellent job keeping us informed of the required service items and detailed recommendations to insure our BMW was in tip-top shape.
"No pressure " Professional. I had a car in mind to look at. Matt came out and introduce himself. We did not have to hassle over price . He was all upfront and a sale was made. Very professional.
"Replacement for Front Driver's Side" I had been to the dealership to get a courtesy car wash & mentioned that my front mat was loose & the velcro fastener had come off the back of it. They immediately said they would order a new one for me & two days later it was at the service dept. for pick up. When I went in, they put the new mat in, washed my car again & I was on my way within 30 minutes. It was covered under warranty, so there was no charge.
