"As always service excellent." Had a problem with my hood opening on my 2001 m5 was able to get an appt. the same day and the problem fixed while I waited.
"Service spectacular " I was traveling when my service was due. Since I was 1300 miles away from my home, I called Fields BMW, they arranged an appointment for the same day, amazing.... I was signed in on time and they finished when they said they would. The work was performed well as far as I know, I drove home the day after and everything worked fine.
