"Great Job!" with the exception of the loaner car that was on empty when given to me.It was a great experience. You should give the customer a fully fueled vehicle that was requested.

"Repair of my BMW X3" Service dept very kind, did arrange for me to have a loaner 2019 X3 while waiting the 4 weeks for my car to be repaired. Delay due to part needed from Germany and to be approved by customs.

"Service for new car purchase " They called me to say my car was ready. They were installing ther SiriusXM radio and apply the extra clear coat. They were also supposed to put tint on the windows. They called to say it was ready for pick up. I drove the 15 +- miles to pick it up and it was ready. When I got there (the next day) nothing was ready but the clear coat. So I had to wait for them to finish he second day and I still have to return for the window tint.

"Instant service - sunroof fix" My service person, Jason, solved my problem in a few minutes. Initially, i expected a few days in the shop and a large bill. With Jason's expertise, neither happened. i would guess some shops would have kept the car and billed me with me not knowing how simple the fix had been.
