"tire change" I arrived near closing time on Saturday march 2 with damaged tire staff stayed late to put new tire for me very much appreciated other dealerships would keep car and ask me to come monday morning
"Competent Service, good communication" In for annual service and one issue. Completed the service, ran into difficulties correcting issue... out of their control. Scheduled further repairs next week when a loaner would be available.
"1st Class quality service" They were friendly and helpful throughout... timely, quality and clearly defined what, when, where and how.... The center is clean, quiet and comfortable during the short wait!

"5 Star Service!" Dave Gilbert handled everything perfectly! Check in was super smooth and he'd arranged a very nice loaner (X3) which I enjoyed. My car was ready the next day and pick up was also smooth. Brandon Barnsback fixed my bluetooth issue by totally resetting all the controls in the vehicle and also my I Phone........I told him he had no idea how happy that made me! "Pleasant people, great service, great ammenities. " Work was done exceptionally well and my car was cleaned when complete. Wait time was a little long but the ammenities at the dealership made it very tolerable

"Immediate repair with exceptional service " The car was towed to Fields BMW of Daytona after breaking down this afternoon. They were able to immediately diagnose the problem & tend to the repair. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly & helpful. Pattie was a gem! Very pleased in every way with the honesty, friendliness, professionalism & timely manner of which this all took place.
