Once again, exceptional service provided by Anthony G. in service. He makes the experience such a pleasant one. If it weren't for him, I'm not sure that I would continue to get my car serviced at the dealership (although I'm sure everyone is great). Michael pollard was exceptional to work with. My initial visit with Fields in Daytona encountered another sales agent and the process didn’t go well. Our home is in New Smyrna Beach and spend summers on one of the finger lakes in New York . We wanted a car ready for us when we return to Fl late this month. We decided a small BMW was best for us. I contacted your sales office and got Lee Grasso. He helped immensely and led me through various alternatives, very very helpful. So we bought a car without much involvement with the dealership. I will pass on rating anything other than giving him a A plus . The other ratings are totally related to him.
Michael was not "pushy", but listened to our needs/wants, and was prepared to show us only three models to meet both our needs and our pocketbook limitations. We will recommend him to our friends and neighbors as a skilled low-key salesman. Our only minor disappointment was with the cafeteria operations. For two days we expected to have breakfast available, and on both days the chef/cook was not working.
