Everyone was helpful & nice. They let me know what I should expect from my visit. The car wash was a nice bonus. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Kevin and his crew treated us very well. Although we had more problems with the car than expected, we were extremely satisfied with the communication and relationship with the staff. In addition, Maria was very helpful with obtaining a loaner for us on a Saturday, which enabled us to get the car back to you and BACK to us in a timely fashion. We will definitely be back for any future service and/or issues. Note that we have never been fans of 'dealerships', but this experience changed out minds. Lyall & Yvonne Griffin
I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was greeted by a happy face. Within minutes my car was taken inside and my tech discussed the service needed. In less than 2 hours I was on my way with the service completed and a clean car.
Such a pleasure to work with Dave Gilbert as my service advisor, Dave had been my advisor for the last 3 BMW's I have owned at Winter Park. The drive to Daytona is well worth getting such expertise from an advisor. Thank you Dave Gilbert
All on the Service Team are courteous and happy to answer questions. Work was started at the scheduled time and completed within the explained wait time.
The Service Advisor Jason was extremely helpful explaining things that needed to be addressed immediately. Jason was extremely courteous and professional. Thanks to Jason and your team, my 2004 BMW is safe and runs like brand new.

Patti was very friendly and customer focused. Kept me in the loop on timing for repair. Service was completed at the promised time. Car was returned washed and cleaned on the inside. Even put some tire cleaner on the tires to make them shine.
Great service from Pattie. I was in and out for the 7 point inspection. About 1 hour and included the car wash. Awesome dealer and will only get my cars and service from this dealership
