I enjoyed purchasing my 650 thru Matt, especially considering I'm in Atlanta, and was taking delivery in Asheville. Even on his day off he was accessible!
I had a worry and trouble free experience from start to finish. Matt was/is great. The fact I am a repeat (and will continue to be) customer should explain my satisfaction.
Lee Grasso and his team at Fields BMW of Daytona were extremely helpful and professional as I took delivery of my car visiting from out of state. To telll you that I had the most AMAZING experience getting my new BMW with Matt Hoffman is a complete understatement! He took exceptional care of me from the very beginning. We recently bought two cars from Lee Grasso at Fields Daytona. We have delt with both Lee and fields before and the buying experience was great. There is no pressure, Lee treated us like we were the only customers in the dealership. I personally would go no where else to purchase my next car. Lee even went to the Winter Park store to pick up a car that we were interested in. 5 star salesman and 5 star dealership.

I recently purchased a BMW not at this dealership, however Tony in Service was great and took care of all my concerns. As I said before I didn't purchase the car at this dealership, so I wasn't offered a loaner even tho the work took over a week. That was my only disappointment. Tony answered my Text's and questions in a timely fashion. Thanks TONY

Patti Rennie fixed the problem. Un scheduled visit and PRESTO, the best service experience I've had in the last 50 years. She's a perfect 10. I would suggest you make her the president of your company. She has the right personality and makes things happen. I plant do all my service with you in the future and plan on a new BMW next summer.Patti should go to New Country BMW in Hartford to train their service department.
