I recently purchase a 2011 BMW 328 series for my husband that was coming back from a 9 month deployment to the Middle East. I was lucky to have Lee Grasso as my sale advisor, he was very helpful in the process. He was very careful explaining every detail about the purchase to include all the features of the vehicle that made this process a lot easier. This is my first vehicle purchased at Fields and will not hesitate to go back for another purchase; I loved their service and especially working with Lee again.

We recently purchased a 2012 BMW from your dealership and Lee Grasso was most helpful in that process. He might have been the winning edge in that decision. He carefully went over all the features of the car and the process and made us comfortable with our choice. We are very pleased with the car and work Lee did for us. I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle via the internet but was nudged by my son. I recently purchased a 2015 M-4 from Fields BMW in Daytona Beach, Florida. ( I like this dealership, especially my service adviser, Anthony Girgus. The M-4 is the fourth car I've purchased from this dealership. The cars are great and the service couldn't be better.) This is my second sales experience with Fields BMW. I returned because Roger Carpenter was my salesperson when I purchased my first BMW and I found him to be a great person to work with. He is very efficient, pleasant, super patient and really pays attention to detail. William Ortiz and Robert Dunn were also a pleasure to work with. This was the first "car purchase" experience I actually enjoyed. It was stress free from the minute I walked in the door right up until I left with my new BMW. Lee, was very friendly, helpful and provided me with excellent customer service. For every question that I had for him he gave me an answer and if he didn't know, he would make sure I would have an answer by the end of the day.
