Great experience. Mike Brown was a pleasure to work with, very professional. He took the time to explain the features of the car and even came to my house to program the garage door opener. I would definitely buy another car from him! I bought a trunk liner and the saleswoman was extremely nice! Love the car.

I went to Fields several months ago for a part, and they were super friendly and took great care of my needs. I had not purchased a vehicle in over a decade. I was a little nervous about the process. However, after meeting Lee Grasso that feeling was quickly dismissed. Lee, although not new to car sales (over 20 yrs experience) was fairly new the the BMW dealership did an awesome job answering all of my questions, making me feel comfortable etc. I am forever grateful/appreciative of the service I received and would surely recommend him to EVERYONE who needs to know! I just purchased my fourth BMW from Fields BMW of Daytona. Matt Hoffman was my salesperson each time by choice. Obviously I'm very pleased with Matt. His many years with Fields BMW, his knowledge and personality has always made my BMW buying experience enjoyable. Even though the car I drove all the way from Jacksonville for was sent to Auction before I could get there, Arnie did everything possible to get it back for us, and it will be ours in two days. There was a mix up, and it certainly had nothing to do with Arnie as he just met us when we walked in, but he understood the frustrations we had and did everything he could to rectify the situation. I appreciate all that he did for us.
