"Tried to fix the windows on our Mercedes. Charged $200...." Tried to fix the windows on our Mercedes. Charged $200. 10 drives later, windows quit working again. No refund, no responsibility taken. They had every opportunity to do the right thing, but chose not to. So my decision is to reflect their poor customer service with this feedback. #disappointing.

"Purchased a new bmw from them in February 2021 and had it..." Purchased a new bmw from them in February 2021 and had it delivered to Texas in early march 2021. Vehicle was damaged during the delivery (chip and scratch), informed the dealer contact during the delivery,was told to receive the vehicle and they will take care of the damage. As of this writing, still waiting on the settlement or any form of contact from this dealership(contaced the salesman mr moore, gm mr coffey,and manager barry numerous times but no callback)... read more

"worst post sale experience ever" THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST SALE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE BECAUSE IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, THEY PLACE BLAME EVERYWHERE BUT THEM. MELISSA, MARK, BILL, THE GM ALL REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND GET ME THE PART THAT SAID WOULD BE ON MY CAR WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. "Great Service....high cost" I was not informed of the price before I brought my car into service. 600 dollars for an oil change is excessive on any vehicle.

"Servicing" The company needs more loaner vehicles for there guest. I don't believe it should be up to the guest when they have warranty coverage.

"to the point. Everything explained including price estimate" The service was consumer oriented. enough said Price was explained before procedure was even a bit less.. I was bailed out of an emergency that being a runflat tire that was leaking. I was a new customer and from out of town I am now switching my routine service to this agency.

"I have Been Useing Chris in service for 11 years. " I will never use another Dealer for service as long as Chris Paynter Is a member of the BG Mercedes Benz Family. He just makes giving my money to you guys that much easier!!! HOWEVER I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM BG MERCEDES AS LONG AS YOUR CURRENT SALES MANAGER WORKS AT THIS DEALERSHIP.
