"Service" Service for BMW X5 2012 some issues under warranty, new tires, battery, 4 wheel alignment, No more words, no more words, no more words, no more words
"Free oil change" Stopped in for a complimentary wash Ron noticed service light was on Told him it popped up right after I bought it there They rechecked records They didn’t see where they’d done one initially They did a free one right away
"So so" My most recent service did not fix my problem. They didn't drive my car so they didn't get a feel for what was wrong. Thus when I pulled out it immediately began again. Now I've paid for a service, and will still have to order a part and another service. I have ALWAYS been please before.
"Great people at a cost" $255 for an oil change...come on guys this is ridiculous. Get you pricing in line with the rest of the market...just too expensive.
"2011 E92 M3 Engine Check lamp" It was big help to fix my M3. However, Engine check lamp turn on again after 40 miles run. Ron is helping next service to check.
"Servicing " I had a bad experience with the Nashville location so I was looking for another location & the Bowling Green location is close to me. The Customer service was very pleasing and I didn't feel like I was being conned.
Never have I met such dishonest people. Will lie about anything to get you to believe they have your best interest. I will never do business there again.
They don't keep their website up to date. I found a car listed on their website. I made an offer on the car (using their offer button) and received this reply from the salesman "The car has been sold. Please look on our web page at our inventory." I WAS LOOKING AT THEIR WEB PAGE INVENTORY!!! Do they leave sold cars for sale on their website to draw in customers but then try to switch to other cars? Very frustrating. Not the kind of business I want to buy from.
We were interested in a car from this dealership and decided to buy it pending a test drive. This dealer was 2.5 hours from our house, so we explained to the salesman we wanted to buy the car and take it home on Saturday. We asked what we needed to do to make sure it could happen (a credit check) . The car was listed for $19k and change. After they ran our credit and we got approved the next day they raised the price by more than $3000!!
