"2017 service and detail" Took my 2017 in for service and a full detail. My vehicle was done at promised time and looked great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Prices were fair for a BMW service from what I found by calling other dealers in Nashville and Louisville and my detail was on special for only 70.00. Will definitely be returning in future and recommending friends and family to as well.

After shopping several dealerships in Kentucky. I bought a new 2018 Mercedes GLS450 my saleman Bill Moore was very knowledgeable about the vehicle showed me all the different options on the vehicle.
Brought our S550 in for service and Chris Paynter was Exceptional. He got us a car to drive so we could grab some lunch. When we got back the car was done and professionally cleaned.

Definitely will go back to her! Ron in service is great! Very patient and knowledgeable, took the time to make sure a; questions were answered and vehicle clean when it got out of the shop! Will definitely be going back to Jenn and the dealership when I get my next car!
We leased our new BMW from Mike Hitchens and had a superb experience. We have since serviced it and equally impressed with Ron as well. I highly recommend this store for a luxury car and service you would expect with it !
