what an experience, almost everybody that I speak to tell me that buying a car from a dealership is suicidal, we'll I disagree. if u want a nice and good car you have to pay for .Han Lee help me through the process of buying this car and if it wasn't for him I highly doubt I would'be gotten. this is the second best decision i have done in my life beside buying a house. PARK AVE BMW has given my wife and I exceptional service from the day we purchased our X5 there four years ago. This was the first BMW purchased from Park Ave but not my first BMW. This was my first time buying a car on my own. Gio made the experience easy and enjoyable. He listened to what I wanted and after showing me a few cars I found exactly what I was looking for. He answered all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with my new car!
Sabit is very knowledgeable of BMW and the cars and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He wasn't pushy, which is a major turn off, and I didn't feel pressured. He kept checking in with me to let me know when he felt was the perfect time to get into my new BMW and I am very happy with my new vehicle. Im a sales person myself and i dont compliment easly and it s so hard to make me satissfied but first time in my life, i felt my dealer was honest, real, kind ,helpful caring and listened what I m looking for. He tried everything to make it happen for me. He didnt try to push something that i dont want for his own benefit. He should be an example and teach people how the dealers should be and act with customers. I got a beautiful car with the best experience . Now on Dan ll be my only dealer along time.
