I got my first BMW from Park Ave BMW. I am form North Carolina and found the one I like there. Hans was very comfortable to work with and ensured the smooth transaction of my purchase. Small glitches were taken care of immediately and I had to spend very less time at the dealership when I drove from NC to NJ. Overall, I am satisfied with this experience and would recommend place and Hans to friends and family.
I had researched a car on line and made an appointment to come in and see it. It was close to closing time and in the middle of the appointment I saw a different model that caught my eye. Danny and Giovanni tracked down a car in the color I wanted and took me over to see it. I never felt rushed, they worked within my time line. I had my new car in 2 days and the whole process could not have gone smoother! Thank you for your professionalism.

Tina and the staff at Park Ave BMW were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling. I like the fact that they were willing to negotiate and at the same time there was not pressure to purchase a vehicle.

We had such a great experience at this dealership thanks to John, our sales associate. It is always very stressful to deal with sales person at a dealership but he made the whole experience very pleasant. We had a deal in about 30 mins and we did get a great deal! Five star service!
