Hans has made my first experience at BMW a wonderful one. I must say, I wouldn't have gotten the car if it wasn't for Hans diligence and earnesty. Heather was extremely professional and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with and made sure that we got the exact car that we wanted. Also, the turn-around time was outstanding: shopped Friday afternoon and picked up the car Saturday morning. It was the most pleasant car shopping experience we had.
I went to inquire about buying an extended warranty for my 2011 335i convertible which didnt make the 50,000 mile end of warranty but the 4 yr and met up with Mike Messenger for the first time and found him to be a really straight up tell it like its is kind of guy. I recently leased a new X5 from Par Ave BMW and Gil De Oliveira was the finance manager and Juan Polo was my salesperson. The purchase experience was excellent. Juan did an amazing job going through my various options. We test drove a couple of options and settled on the one that worked best for me. My husband and I were going to look at a car but when we got into the dealership Giovanni worked with us to find what we wanted, he was extremely accommodating and made the whole process very easy! With Roger's assistance we were able to drive away with a beautiful X1 the same day. Everyone in the place was friendly and that just made the buying experience a pleasure.
