Excellent quality of customer service and responsiveness. Polite, knowledgable, helpful, flexible. I originally wanted to lease a new car, but they helped me find a certified used (actually demo) car that perfectly met my needs, and could even be leased. It saved me a few dollars, and had more options than I would probably have been willing to pay for otherwise. I couldn't be happier.
Lenny took his time to walk me through all my options. From the moment I sat down, Lenny took his time to make sure I was comfortable and where I wanted to be, which gave me comfort in knowing I was making the right choice. Till today, Lenny continues to check to make sure everything is up to par, and I appreciate that. It's not only the cars that represent the quality that BMW offers, but also the people.
