The overall staff is great at Park Ave BMW but Stephanie definitely exceeds expectations. Just by talking to her for a few minutes, you can tell that she really knows her stuff. She's also very honest about what you do or don't need which will save you time and money in the long run. I would highly recommend asking for her by name. You won't regret it.
Gio provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He even helped me drop off my rental and drove me back to the dealership. I am very pleased with my lease. I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.
