Great experience from start to finish and Hans was great! He was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend.
Actually went in for a used car. Test drove four or five cars for which Gio was very good at getting things arranged and set up for me on time and as promised. I ended up wanting a new car instead (dealer didn't up-sell -- I was impressed with the new features). Emailed him with exactly what I wanted. He called back with a "Yes we can do that!" and a quote and I signed the same day. Victor Giusfredi was exceptional, he made my BMW purchase really easy. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even followed up after my purchase to ask if everything was okay. I definately recommend him!
