Andre was an excellent client advisor! I am extremely indecisive, and Andre was more than patient in helping me understand my purchase with out making me feel rushed and/or pressured. This purchase was not only my first BMW, but first new car, and my experience at Park Ave BMW exceed all of my expectations. Had a great experience at Park Ave BMW. First, John the salesperson was a pleasure to work with, no high pressure sales and made the transaction easy. John was very patient helping me design/select the options I wanted to build the car. It was also great having the BMW Genius to train me on the car... Thanks Vito!. Cars are very technical with so many features, this was a bonus. I would recommend Park Ave BMW!

I was in the market for a car and I walked out of your delearship a very happy customer. I made my purchase on Tuesday and it happened because of Andre Lindsay. He is just amazing. I purchased a vehicle from Park Ave BMW 2 years ago and I must say everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I especially want to thank Mr Roger Pic for his expertise in the financial and warranty department. I bought my car through Park Ave and have also chosen to service the vehicle at their service center. In this particular case I had quite a bit of regular maintenance that needed to be done, in addition to replacing a flat tire. Stefanie was honest, knowledgeable and straight-forward about what needed to get done and how much it would cost. I am very happy with John Park's service. He helped me get my 3 series with out any hassle. I already had an offer elsewhere and he said "No problem". It usually starts with well... And the game begins.. But without the back and forth he beat it. Only took me 20 min to buy a car. Thanks again John ! Love my new BMW !
