I did an internet search for a particular BMW CPO model and found it at Park Ave. Without ever seeing the car I bought it from Brett. Brett was absolutely awesome in not only conveying all of the information on the car but also in helping me through the process including a painless negotiation (which I normally hate but he made it easy). Mi experience with leasing a vehicle at Park Ave BMW was excellent. Jack Gomes was wonderful to deal with. I had first visited Park Ave in March to start looking at vehicles and spoke with Jack Gomes. When he followed up with a phone call to ask if I'd like to move forward with a lease, I told him I was not ready at that time. He respected my decision at that time and did not persist. When I was ready to move forward with my lease now, I returned to deal with Jack and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
Had a wonderful experience. Tina my sales representative was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and professional. I did 4 test drive and she was always willingly and courageous. I would recommend her and Park Ave. dealer to anyone.
