I was nervous about getting a new car as my car was now 10 years old. Heather made my experience a very pleasant one. She handled all of my requests and got me the exact car I wanted. This is my second car from Park Ave BMW and I am sure it won't be my last.

Jeff is one heck of a salesman. I am new to the bmw brand and to say the least Jeff was thorough and very straight forward with me on what could and could not work for me. We just sold a 6 series convertible and an x5 and purchased a new x5. I must admit what seemed like a daunting task was handled seamlessly by Sabit. Not only did we get the best price, they worked with us to let us keep the 2 cars for 2 months (we needed them) and guaranteed the exchange price for that time. They had our new x5 waiting for us when we were ready to drop our 2 cars. We've owned many bmws but this was by far the best experience we've had.
So far, this has been the most pleasant new car leasing experience to me. I was introduced to Jeffrey Sherman by a friend who was also looking to lease from Park Ave and I am glad he did. I purchased an E70 (N63) down in Atlanta and had it shipped back up to me in CT...I then realized we had some SERIOUS oil and coolant leak issues that were not reported to me during the pre-purchase inspection.
