Jack sold us our 2012 BMW when he was employed at a different dealer. I was a loyal customer of that dealership for more than 20 years but my recent experiences there were disappointing and frustrating. We went in with a lease ending on our 2013 X3, and came out with a 2015 X3 and 328! John was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He was courteous and even stayed past his work hours so that we could get things done. We were very pleased with Park Ave the first time, but even more so the second time. Thank you John for making the rather stressful process a pleasant one!

I ordered my 2015 X5 with John Park. He was extremely helpful, answering all my emails and text messages . I visited a number of dealers and in the end I ended up going with ParK Ave. He gave me a fair value for my trade in and a great pricing on my car.
