Working with my sales consultant was pleasant informative and easy. I would consider buying from him again in august when my wifes BMW comes off lease. The only negative experience was the attitude of the initial finance gentlemen. I do not remember his name but the encounter was on thursday afternoon May 21st. When I returned on Saturday I dealt with Ryan and he was terrific.

I recently bought my second BMW from Juan after previously dealing with the Manhattan dealership. Juan was outstanding in every aspect of his job. He was truly a pleasure to deal with and was very effective throughout the process. He ultimately secured what I think is a very good deal. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a new BMW.

I would recommend him a thousand times over. It was a wonderful and enlightening experience. I was a bit of skeptic when I entered the dealership but Han made me feel like home and comfortable. He was knowledgeable, honest and patient. My husband and I had a wonderful experience Han Lee was courteous and very patient with us and our questions. We have now leased 4 BMWs, one at a time from Tom starting in 2004. Each time he was a pleasure to work with and gave us great deals. The deals got better as we continued to go back to him time and time again. He is always upfront and honest with us with dealer pricing and availability and worked to get us into the precise BMW that we wanted.
