This was my first purchase at BMW and it turned out to be a great one, especially due to Hans. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and was very accommodating with my time as well. He was very thorough with the car, spent time with explaining all the features and even went beyond by coming to deliver my plates, additional car key and registration. Would definitely deal with him again!
