My 328i buying experience with John Park could not have been better. He was straightforward on all points. He went out of his way to take care of any issues I had. And he made it clear that he will make sure that service will take go out of their way for me as well. Chris Palma was wonderful in explaining this (very complicated) car to me, and is great about taking time to answer questions I have by phone.
In and out in less than an hour , John knew exactly what I was looking for on my first visit with him. NO banter back and forth , straight to the rock bottom pricing. I had been searching for a new manual all wheel drive BMW and I had gone to two dealers prior to this one. One was trying to get me into an automatic BMW which was the last thing I wanted and the second one never gave me a call back after they were going to try and find one. I decided to give Park Ave BMW a try and I don't regret it. On day one Aimon Altaai was able to find me a car and on day two I was going back to pick it up.
