When I shop for a car, all I expect is a fair price and to be out of there. This deal was done -- including the test drive and paperwork -- in about an hour. It's a new league record.
I have purchased many cars from many brands (Mercedes Infinity, Nissan, VW, Chevrolet, etc and of course BMW), and I have dealt with different dealerships from BMW in the past also but Park Ave BMW has surpassed them all. Aimon, who is very busy, tried hard to find me the right car via a bunch of emails over the course of a month or two. Then when I knew what I wanted, we spoke on the phone and got down to business. He found me exactly what I wanted and gave me a great bottom line price. He knows the product extremely well. This was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. Very smooth and easy transaction. Danny was very easy to work with and gave us a great deal!
One phone call to Gio and he came back with options that actually made sense. There was no going back and forth because he took the time to understand what I wanted. From my first phone to actually driving away with the car was only a few hours. Definitely recommend this place and would be back in a few years when I'm ready to change.
