Hans Lee showed he is more concerned with what the customer wants and not only the dealership. He pointed out to me options and parts of the lease agreement which were to my benefit. This was the opposite approach I received from another local BMW dealership closer to my home.
Gio , was very professional, easy to talk to and present's himself extremely well, well dressed and good looking. .He know's his product , he's a great asset to BMW. My new x3 is the exact car I had in mind. Gio made the purchase just easy...... , answered all of my questions and concern's . Brett Drummer provided an excellent experience when we purchased our CPO BMW. He was professional, patiently answered all our questions, and treated us with respect. I could not imagine a better experience. When we took delivery, Brett carefully walked us through the entire vehicle, explaining all the features and making sure we were satisfied. Andre is one of the most professional, knowledgeable Client Advisors I have dealt with. There was no pressure or added stress to the process. When he called to see how I was doing with my vehicle 2 days after purchase, I was having trouble with understanding the navigation. He actually walked me through it while on the phone...talk about patience! He makes any customer feel at ease. I would highly recommend him for your BMW needs.
