I began conversation with Vinny Bergamotto early January 2015 as my vehicle was out of warranty and my turbos gave out on me. Vinny within hours had price quotes and possible solutions, dealt with upper management and truly was my voice in the building. Long overdue best revue for Heather O’Brian. Unbelievable experience when you’ve been to other car dealerships. For example she warned me that the second key was not working – something I would not have noticed before paying and leaving the dealership, and she paid for replacement key. Best car shopping experience, there may be a premium, and it’s worth the piece of mind. If you’re in the market for a car, go to Heather O’Brien with confidence.

The staff at Park Ave BMW is professional and friendly. This is the third experience with this dealer and it is always a pleasant experience. I arrived early and they get my car right in. In less than 2 hours the service was complete and the price was more than fair. The waiting area is really nice- comfy chairs, wifi, computers, snacks (Great cookies)
