Brett Drummer is a great salesman who puts in alot of effort for his customers. I never once felt pressure from him during my buying experience, and he was very insightful about the features from the car. Brett even came in on his day off to due to my busy schedule to put through the trade in on my previous car. I purchased my cpo bmw 650 I two weeks ago and I still get a phone call from him every few days to make sure I am happy with my car. The next time I purchase a vehicle it will definetly be through Brett at park ave.

A good friend directed me to this particular dealership for a reason. My salesman Victor Giusfredi provided a seamless transaction and made the best use of our limited time. Victor's availability and responsiveness were paramount to making this purchase pleasant experience for me and my wife. Juan Polo has been the best sales person I've worked with. I have bought 2 cars with him and will continue to follow him and buy from him wherever he goes. He is available, patient and listen to you. He really gets to know your needs and makes sure you are happy with your purchase. He doesn't just make a sale, he follows thru and delivers what you as a buyer is looking for.

OMG!!! Where do I start at first I was so not happy to have to sit through this long period to get such a great car!!! But Juan made it happen soooooo much easier, and on top of that he had a great personality, very humorous, caring and at the same time being very professional in his job! point blank he made it happen and assured us that he would put us in the car we wanted. There not enough you can say about Juan Polo..He makes buying a car the best experience.... He is a very nice person genuinely and I also made a new friend...I would recommend Juan to anyone trying to buy a new car.....THE BEST SALESMAN

Dealing with Nicholas Mule, is without a doubt an experience I will never change or give up. Married with 2 kids, the last thing my husband and I want to do is hang out for hours at a car dealership and haggle prices. We told Mr. Mule exactly where we want to be monthly, and how much we wanted to put down and this is exactly what he gave us. Dealership's website well organized and updated with latest information for reviewing available cars. Giovanni was very professional, polite and represented the dealership admirably. He explained the features of the available cars and accurately recorded information for the transaction and financing. Roger was very knowledgable in concluding the transaction very professionally.
