Hans worked with me. I wasn't actually planned to get a new vehicle on that day when I was visiting but ended up leasing a new 428. Hans was very friendly and polite to answer all my questions, and knowledgeable to provide all pros and cons of my options. I was a novice the process of returning my old car, but he helped me out. Overall he was excellent and highly recommended in many ways. BTW I can't love more my new vehicle.

This is my second vehicle from Park Ave. I worked with Rob Ermatinger both times, and each time it was a great and enjoyable buying experience. Rob is very personable and knowledgeable, and he provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I purchased a preowned 2011 328xi in May 2014 from Brett Drummer. I felt no pressure to buy at the time. He made me feel comfortable. This is my third preowned purchase and I had the best experience with him. He is very knowledeable and honest. I highly recomment purchasing from.

I have had the pleaser of working with him on my first BMW car and his assistant is truly appreciated. Great asset to the company and Park Ave BMW Family.

Roger closed the deal for me. It is refreshing to work with a car guy - someone who knows his automotive history. If you're a BMW fan, you'll take note of his office and the great posters of BMW's Art Cars of the 1960's and 70's. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. No hard sell for BMW's overpriced maintenance and wheel replacement contracts. His attention to detail and the handling of my transaction is greatly appreciated.

Buying a car sight-unseen is not for everyone. I've done it a few times, and been disappointed in the past. Not this time. Jeff Sherman handled my transaction very professionally. His description of the car was accurate - it was unmarked and completely prepared when I arrived. Each element of the transaction - the initial phone call, follow-up, agreement and closing/delivery - met my [high] expectations.
