my car had been giving me some wierd warning for a while so took it in for service. Larry took care of it all, nothing best service from this guy. great communication with him, kept inform of each and every single action taken on my car. when i went to pick up my car i missing some coding which he even stayed past his time to go pick up his kids to fully make sure all my service was done. Title says it all! But I will dive in a little further. First I must say that I do not enjoy the leasing/buying process, as it takes alot of time, and frustration on my behalf. After all, it is the second biggest purchase after your house..right? ;) So why is it strange that we as buyer want to get the best our money can buy us? Serviced my vehicle twice at Park Ave with Rick. He is very kind and experienced, especially his patience with me. The problems with my car was acknowledged and fixed, thanks to help from Pete(Foreman). I would definitely recommend this dealership, in addition, I will be returning for any service to be done on my car.
