Hans Lee was very professional and he really cared his customer. I really had a great deal for my new white 535i lease with him. I was very pleased with his job and promised him I will review him for excellence. I will definitely recommend Hans Lee to my friends and will come back to him when my current lease ends.

Recently I leased my second 3 series from Park Ave and had the pleasure of Sabit H. as my Sales Rep. Sabit is excellent and always a professional. He is a true asset to Park Ave. Can't wait till my lease is over, to head back to Park Ave.

Prior to car shopping I start getting myself ready for a grueling back and forth and a tiresome experience which for the most part has been accurate in all my experiences. This changed this past weekend. I went to park ave bmw late in the day, close to the closing hour. I introduced myself to the receptionist and advised I may be interested in a car. Hans is awesome. He's personable, a genuine guy, which is hard to find in a salesman. We went in not knowing what we wanted. He spent 5 hours (!) with us to try to figure out what the best car was for our needs. He was so pleasant to work with, that we nixed going to the Mercedes dealership to test drive cars. Some examples: Extensive and courteous phone and email conversations before I even came in to see the car. Later, absolute patience in my constant OCD questions and clarification requests. Even my stupid ones. No hesitation in documenting his responses in writing in emails. We even made the final deal in emails. This was my second time getting a car at Park Ave BMW. As always, they treat the customer with outmost respect and professionalism. Dealing with Lenny Corallo was a pleasure, very knowledgable about the car and answers to my questions readily. I had dealt with Gregg Berkowitz a few years ago when he was the internet sales manager and had a very positive buying experience. This is the reason why I came back to Park Ave. They treat the customers the right way!!

Gil and Jack were attentive, patient, accommodating and exceptional! Obtained same "Wear and tear", and "tires" coverage as they were efficient as well as comprehensive from previous years
