Park Ave BMW was the first local BMW dealership to not only treat me with respect, but actually help me find deals even I wasn't aware of! Craig Cayetano was great to work with and actually listened to what I wanted instead of pushing me to get something I wasn't interested in like other salesmen have. I was so happy with how my purchase went that I brought my wife, mom, and mother-in-law to Craig when they where looking for a new car.
My experience from the minute I walk in, throughout the whole process was great, Hans Lee is an excellent sales person, he was very knowledgeable about the car, he answer all my questions and I felt very comfortable, no pressure like in other places I have been. Victor was very professional and gave his honest option. You never felt pressured into anything like most car dealerships do. You can tell he loves his job which makes the customer extremely comfortable. He came off more as a friend then a car salesman! Very happy with my purchase and will recommend to others.
Jack Gomez was the best. He not only gave me an amazing deal on my car but actually went above and beyond to even pick up my daughter in the rush of things. This past Thursday I was headed into the city to catch a train at Penn Station when I hit a pothole. My tire light immediately came on and knew I was in trouble. When I arrived back on Friday night at 7:00 PM, I retrieved my car from the parking lot and proceeded to try and get to NJ where I stopped to put air in my tire.
