In all honesty, Jack is one of the best salesmen that I've had the pleasure to deal with. He was honest and provided a great experience. I walked out of the dealership with a certified pre-owned X3 at the price point and financing that I had hoped to get. It was my second day coming over to see the same car, and Jack Gomez soon as i walk-in throw the door ask me do i need any help. I told him about the car that i was looking at and everything went so easy. He explain all the concerns that i have and work out the best deal for me.
Heather made the process of purchasing our leased vehicle easy. She was very friendly and extremely helpful, explaining to us the process every step of the way. She coordinated our vehicle drop off times for pre-certification and followed up with calls to see if we had any questions. She was very knowledgeable and made the process a great experience.
