This is the first BMW we purchased from Park Ave BMW. The last BMW we had was over 15 years ago and I am happy to say the customer service and leasing experience is even better now. Gio was very professional, courteous and very willing to accommodate our needs and schedule.

I never knew a dealer and a car buyer can have such a good relation until i met Hans. Wonderful guy and very enthusiastic & dedicated on what he is doing. I walked in on Friday and was immediately helped. Even though I looked like a bum because I had just finished a jog. Gio was 100% honest, easy to work with and friendly. I came in in August looking for a particular 328ix. Gio spent time with me, searching the system and presented me with a range of options. I had initially decided to wait for the 2015s to get the color I wanted - but Gio kept my specific requests in mind -- and followed up two weeks later when another buyer decided not to pursue his purchase - and contacted me with even better pricing. My experience was great. Our saleperson, Heather O'Brien, was fantastic and very helpful. She didnt rush us and gave us detailed info on the car we looked at. Once we completed our deal Heather showed us how to use the features in our car before letting us leave. Overall everything was great.
