I have just purchased a 2012 528ix CPO from Gio at Park Ave BMW last week. I have to say, what a pleasant experience. First Gio is FANTASTIC! He is very friendly, honest and helpful. Even my Dad who came with me to pickup the car was impressed by Gio's services. And trust me, my Dad is a pretty difficult person to impress. I recently leased a 328i xDrive M sport from Gio and his team. They were all very friendly and easy to deal with. Gio worked diligently to get us the car that we wanted for an excellent price, and took a lot of time answering our questions. He is a very friendly, dependable, responsible, and an honest person and I trust him completely. You won't go wrong leasing a car through him.
Heather O'Brien was helpful in making our selection and she was able to find the car we were looking for. The buying experience was smooth. Heather was personable, fair in our negotiations and not pushy. Everyone was also very patient in going over the features in our new car.

Thank god I found Brad 3 years ago....Once again the easiest most pleasurable experience of leasing my bmw because of him and his team...No wonder he is running the department now!
