This is my 3rd lease with Andre and I have been happy each and every time. He is a pleasure to work with makes sure I understand everything before I leave. He makes getting a new car fun, not a chore!
i have been going to Park Ave BMW services since 2003, Jeff and Rich have been a constant for me, even when i purchased cars from other BMW dealers, i come back to park ave for service. The Knowledge and helpfulness have been the most important part for me. I have also referred other people to your service due to them.
I am thrilled with the service from both Rich Anzalone and the service center. This is the first nice car I have owned and I am still bowled over by how pleasurable it is to bring my car in. Andre was absolutely amazing and he didn't pressure me once! I want to thank Andre for being so knowledgeable and quick. This is the first time that a salesman actually came out and showed me how to use every inch of my car. Since we had such a great experience we will only use him!!!
Jesse Bowman and Lisa Solodar were excellent! They both were very straight-forward and gave me all the answers and information I needed to lease my 2014. Lisa, Finance Director, made the paperwork process easy and painless. I was able to quickly communicate with Jesse via e-mails and texts so this helped to expedite the process and made me feel connected' to my salesperson. Thank you Park Ave BMW!!
I called a close friend about buying a BMW and he referred me to Tom Bonarrigo. I was interested in looking at the cars and possibly buying one. After a couple test drives i became very interested in the car. Tom went over the car very thoroughly with me and was very helpful with any questions that i had. I had an overall great experience and am very happy with my new car!

I've worked with John park, his exceptional customer service, knowledge surprised me throughout the leasing process. he was very professional, patient. John went through every detail features of car I was looking, even compared features with other cars.Felt like I was talking to my old friend. True pleasure to work with John! Highly recommend him!
We were looking for an immediate deal, and Danny Pieroni got right to the point, satisfied our requirements, found a great automobile that suited us perfectly,a price we could live with, and we drove off with the car, all in two days. He has followed up with phone calls and emails to offer advice and answer any questions we may have. We have called him twice thus far, and he's been extremely helpful.
