Steven is the man to see if you're in the market for a BMW. These cars do a lot of the selling themselves and he knows it. He allows you to arrive at the car you want with no pressure and great guidance. I walked in at 10AM with a vague idea of what I wanted and drove away at 4PM with a great car at a fair price. What more could you ask for?

Dan has been a truly exceptional client advisor. This is my 3rd BMW and I have to say Dan is the best advisor I ever had. He is not only very knowledgeable about the models and my needs but also a very friendly person which makes me feel comfortable through out my purchase experience. Both Roger Pic and Steven Mercier have made my purchasing experience by far the easiest and most pleasant one thus far (2011 550i). Due to Hurricane Sandy, my 2011 BMW was totaled. I contacted Dan Pieroni right away and as always, a great experience. Dan is a excellent Client Advisor. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. This is my second car that I leased from Park Avenue BMW. After the experience I have had with this dealership, I don't think I will ever lease another car from anywhere else!!!!! Our salesman Tom Bonarrigo knows his stuff!!!!!! Tom is kind, considerate and honest!!!!! He made our experience world class!!! If you are looking for a BMW, I would not look anywhere else but Park Avenue BMW, they are outstanding.

This is my third BMW from Park Ave and every time it has been just as easy to get what I want, if its on their lot, from another dealers lot or a special order. This time Tony Jara was my sales person and was excellent in getting me the X3 exactly what I wanted by way of ext.color, int. color and all the options i wanted.
