This is my second BMW from Park Ave. Once again, Park Ave gave me the best price out of every BMW dealership I went to. They made the transition from one lease to the next very easy. The Client Advisor, Daniel Pieroni and Finance Manager, Jim Palumbo that handled my purchase of a BMW X3 were outstanding. Their determination and hard work together as a team, are a benchmark for other dealerships to follow. They were professional, down to earth and understanding of my needs in purchasing a new vehicle in a time of crisis. I walked into Park Avenue not knowing what car to buy. I sort of knew what I wanted to spend and the color but that was about it. Jeff recommended a 2010 BMW 528. Things under her control she did it best way. Starting from finalising the deal untill completing all the paper work and giving us the delivery she stayed with us and finished it fastest possible way.
Daniel is knowledgeable in his field and really took the time out to explain the nuances of leasing a car. These days you can easily get lost (and tricked) into all the finance/lease options available for a vehicle. I traded in 2004 Mini Cooper for a 2013 3.28xi. Daniel was very helpful in keeping me up to date on the vehicles available and negotiating a great deal. He also was super accommodating when it came to taking care of the paperwork electronically. My car was totaled in "SANDY". I called Francine Barbieri - as I had her cell phone number Tuesday Oct 30th. Francine/ Greg Berkowitz/ Roger Pic had leased me a BMW 5 Series a year ago.
