I have 10 bmws within my family 2 brothers and mom and dad and we switch cars pretty often also. Park ave has been a great experience so far over many years cause they treat u like family. Buying cars has been pleasant cause of the best prices and the service that everyone is looking for in a dealership. I had a issue with my car and Park Avenue BMW went above and beyond to rectify it. Thier service department is nothing short of fantastic. The foreman, Van, had to go to BMWNA directly as this was a issue that they never saw before as the car was a 2013. They completley kept me up to date and in a great loaner as well. As a woman I have always been leery about dealing with sales people especially car salesman. However, that all ended when I met Aimon Altaai. He is an honest car dealer. I can't say enough about him. He is humble, forthright and patient. I have leased with him in the past and each time, he had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend this branch of service.The two in the Service department I worked with are above average and will not find this service in a car dealership anywhere. BMW is great but there service here is greater and its what make me stay with BMW cars not too mention in close proximity of this dealership.
