I live in Manhattan and have owned many BMW's. I recently bought an older, very low mileage 330CI from a dealer in the Hamptons for my daughter. She was about to take it on a very long trip across country and I was concerned that the car would be ok. Andre created a comfortable and honest approach. He was receptive to our needs prior to us stating them. He really went above and beyond by getting us in the car we wanted same day eventhough we came 1/2 hour to closing with the intent to just browse. We will definitely be back to park ave and Andre.
The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They made sure your needs were addressed in a timely fashion. They worked well to give you the best deal possible and were very honest, was most appreciated. I would do business with them again without hesitation.
I Had a great experience buying my 328 CI from Park Ave BMW. Worked with Francine Beriberi Who was very professional and knowledgeable of the car? She was able to streamline the buying process by working most of the details (price, what cars were available) over the phone. Dealing with Francine was very easy,she made it quick and easy considering I came in from out of town to purchase a car. I only rate Park ave a 3 for quality of work,due to the fact the light on my dash was on when I got in the car,due to a light bulb in the brake being out. I feel the guy whom washed the car should of seen that light come on when he got in the car.
