This is my third time doing business with Hans and Park Ave Bmw and every time has been a marvelous experience. Hans is a pure professional when is comes to sales, when dealing with Hans he listens intently to your request and you never feel pressured into a sale. The garage goes up, you pull your car into Park Ave Service, and that's where the Ultimate Driving Experience continues... Under the leadership of Dave Bergamotto the Service Manager, Park Ave Service is uncanny to ANY other local BMW service department. The level of integrity and knowledge that Service Advisors; Mike, Dany, and Jim provide is exceptional, to say the least.
Claudio made my service transition smooth and pleasurable. Claudio was proffessional in every manner. Dave was also as professional and courteous as can be. Both Claudio and Dave delivered as they stated.
Went to Park Ave BMW for service for the first time...will never go any where else. GREAT SERVICE. From the start, I was greeted and taken care of by Claudio. He explained everything I needed to know and had me in and out quickly with a loaner. He kept updated the whole time with my repair and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. I have never had service that great from any dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A+.
This is my first BMW experience and it was just how I wanted it! Hans was an honest, no nonsense type of salesman. I told him what I wanted, what I could afford and that's what Hans got for me. I felt he took my requests seriously and didn't push me to purchase what I couldn't afford. He kept in contact with me every step of the way so I felt informed. Great experience, and I absolutely love my BMW!
My service advisor Jim was very knowledgable, helpful, and did a wonderful job addressing my many questions! He was also very professional as well, great experience.
Heron is very knowledgeable and helpful. He's always a pleasure to talk to. I'm always busy and rushing , he understands and takes the time to explain what I need .
