From the test drive to delivery, I had a great experience at Park Ave. I enjoyed working with Craig, he was not your average/ typical salesman at all. I felt very relaxed and comfortable working with him. I never felt that pressure you usually get when buying a car which was nice change. My favorite part was having someone go over every button with me a pick up. I will definitely go back!

I live close to Prestige BMW in Ramsey and I came down to Park Ave at the recommendation of a family member who introduced me to Brad Russak. I have had multiple BMW’s and dealt with many different advisors in the past. This experience with Brad was my most pleasant and enjoyable experience (yes enjoyable!) I have ever had. Had a great experience getting my 3series repaired at Park Ave. Jim made the process fast and easy. We arrived at the dealership and I was quickly greeted with a smile and a loaner vehicle. Just a day or two later Jim called and our vehicle (which is out of warranty) was ready for pickup. All problems were repaired in a timely manner and my car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off for service. Thanks Jim!

Dave was able to find a car mostly matching my specifications in inventory and walked me through the pros and cons ordering.
