I went there to get an alignment and some work done. I had the best experience. Better than any other BMW I went to before. Upon being referred by a close relative about their pleasant experience, My expectations were high, but 5 minutes into conversation every doubt and question had been answered. Jack Gomes carries a sense transparency and knowledge base that can only obtained by years of experience and honest business. When looking for someone to work with you without feeling harassed or feeling cornered but most important without the bs I personally think Jack Gomes will be the go to guy. My service on my X3 was as always...the best. My advisor Michael Pillari was professional, he met me in the drive, took care of my service needs. My car was washed and inside cleaned . He is the best by far! Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my service experience.
