Andre was extremely helpful. Called him about a vehicle in the beginning of the week that was just posted to the dealers website with no pictures. He took the time to go to warehouse and take pictures of the car for me almost immediately. Within a couple of days once the vehicle was officially ready, he took the time to show it to us in a snow storm. Wow! What an incredible experience! Park Ave may be the BMW dealer of the year, but Mike Smeraglia & Sabit Hadzhiev are the most professional folks I’ve come across at any dealership.
