I was in the market for a pre-owned BMW X6. I had a list of must haves and was fortunate enough to find everything I wanted at Park Ave BMW. The whole process was exciting and fun to sum up the experience it was amazing. The sale associate Craig Cayetano asked my wife (the boss) and myself the important questions that lead him to finding the perfect cars. This was my first experience at Park Ave BMW & it was perfect. My salesman was Rob Ermatinger who worked for over two months trying to find me a car that worked for my budget. He found one & called me immediately. I went in the next day & made a deal. There was no going back & forth like some other dealerships. when you want a sales person to be honest with you and look for your best interest and not his own best interest in just selling you a car Michael Messinger is your guy.
