I've been working with Claudio for 3 years now and all I can say is absolute perfection. I've have had numerous different vehicles serviced with him and every time I visit is better than the last. If there is anything wrong with the car he will fix it with no issue, if there is a problem you missed but he noticed he will make sure it is repaired. This was our second lease from Park Ave BMW. Brad was straightforward, knowledgeable and didn't not waste our time. We couldn't be happier with our selection and the car shopping process as a whole. We would highly recommend Brad to anyone shopping for a BMW.
Larry was great and kept me up-to-date every step of the way on the work being done of my car . He also dealt with insurance and made my life a lot easier !
I brought my car in for routine maintenance and also a small issue with the vehicle. Scheduling , drop off , and pick up were simple , smooth and timely all due the experienced , professional and knowledgeable service staff !
All BMW personnel were courteous and professional and followed up. The wait time was long but the review on my car was complete. I am satisfied with the service. I still need to bring my car for a detailing.
I am so happy to work with park ave and there service team. But specially my main service guy Claudio Claro. He is just to professional from start to finish. There is nothing this guy will not do to see his customers happy. And I mean nothing!!!!! Cars are always washed and checked over for anything I have missed my self. I will never buy another car from anyone else as long as he is still working there. Park ave finally hit it out of the park! Thank you guys.
