"New purchase" This is my first opportunity to purchase a BMW from the Visalia dealership. They made everything a very smooth transaction. Agreed to payment terms on the phone. I love the option of not leaving my home and come to a mutual agreement to purchase a car. Visalia also delivered me the car and the paperwork which was about 45 miles away. "Excellent Staff " Overall have dealt with this dealership for over 8 years, this is my 3rd BMW purchase, I have never been disappointed. The staff is always very helpful, friendly, and they feel more like a family member the more I deal with them. Five stars on all three purchases I have made. Not planning to change dealerships anytime soon.

"Used car purchase " Ed Fuentes sold me a great used car for my daughter at a great price. None of the usual back and forth negotiating I usually get at other dealerships.
