Mark Graffagna Mark does a great job. He really makes the buying experience easy for his clients. He provides timely updates and thoughtful follow up. Simply the Best for Decades! I’ve been buying cars (new & used) from Bill Jacobs for over 30 years. Every car I purchased was through one salesman, Mark Graffagna. I have always loved the cars but without Mark I may have changed dealerships. It’s the people that make an outstanding business. Also worth mentioning is Rob Trax who is always “Johnny on the spot” when Mark is not in. As far as service is concerned, Don Pawlik has never let me down! Thank you all for all you do!

Bill Jacobs & Sales rep Dan Dolce are great!
